One of the many things I love about Christmas is baking our family’s favourite festive treats. I love giving home baked gifts from my kitchen – they make heart felt treats for family and friends. One of my “must do” recipes each year are these shortbread stars. You can find the recipe here.

This year I am trying to be more eco-friendly with my packaging choices. I have collected a number of Bonne Maman jam jars and they make the perfect container to hold around a dozen of these little treats.

I found free printable labels that can be easily customised here. I printed them onto plain white paper and then ran them through my Xyron sticker machine
