2017 was a quieter year for A Spoonful of Sugar. I have been working towards a better work – life balance, regaining my health and energy levels, and finding more time to spend with family and friends. I still managed to share 38 blog posts, 12 new tutorials, several new recipes, and released 5 new pdf patterns.

My love of vintage haberdashery is still going strong. Vintage buttons, wooden cotton reels, and other supplies never fail to inspire me. My collection is growing – I love to find vintage treasures on my travels – and incorporate them into my photography.
