Today I made up some fabric gift tags using the design in Sewing Bits and Pieces: 35 Projects Using Fabric Scraps. This project used plastic wrap (glad wrap) to fuse the fabric to the scrap booking card which worked surprising well.
It was a very quick project and was a great way to use up more pieces from my scrap tub.
I posted a review of Sewing Bits and Pieces last year that you can read here.
I’m intrigued with the glad wrap method? Great tags.
This is the lovliest use of scraps EVER. I *heart* the fabric!

So ‘simple’ and yet so pretty. Simple is often the best!
Cute! Glad wrap? What a cool idea. Though I did try one of those project that iron together plastic shopping bags, and it was an epic craft fail.
These are very sweet 🙂
Oh, goodness, these are super-pretty! Receiving a gift from you girls must be an event in itself!!
SEW cute! I want to try this for Christmas!
