Vacation PJ’s

March 2, 2013 By Spoonful of Sugar - 7 Comments

Sarah and I are really looking forward to our Mother/Daughter holiday to Paris next month. We are starting to plan our itinerary and think about what to pack. I recently made Sarah a pair of travel themed pyjamas with a matching pyjama bag. This weekend I have sewn up a set of pyjama pants and bag for myself. There is something special about having new PJ’s for holidays. Storing them in a pyjama bag makes them easy to find in your suitcase.

I used our Pyjama Bag tutorial and made the Lounge Pants using the pattern from Sewing Green (without the cuffs) which is our favourite pyjama pants pattern. They are so comfortable. Fabric is from the Marmalade collection by Bonnie and Camille for Moda. I love the pretty aqua, red, and pink.

So beautiful! My favorite color combination. What a sweet idea for me to make for my twin sister for our birthday in a couple of months. If only we could go to Paris together to celebrate. : )
