Teen Art

October 16, 2010 By Spoonful of Sugar - 13 Comments

Sarah played around with the cricut yesterday to make up a couple of pictures to put on her desk – in her new aqua/red colour scheme.

First up I spray painted a couple of old picture frames a glossy white.

Then Sarah cut out some polka dotted converse…..

and a cupcake.

Unfortunately when I took them outside to photograph, the wind blew them over and chipped the frames. I now have a bit of touching up to do!

Lovely pictures for Sarah’s desk. Too bad the wind didn’t work along with you.

These are fantastic! I love the colours, and the cupcake one especially is super cute (but that may be because I’m not a teenager into Converse!)

    Very cute Sarah!

Red and aqua is very popular now. It is the color scheme for my son’s wedding on Saturday.

Thanks for leaving a comment, very interesting how you can’t get canned pumpkin there, but fresh from the gourd is always better!

I really MUST get myself a cricut – you ladies do such marvelous things with yours! Perhaps when I finish doing over my craft room I can reward myself with one!

What fun cricuts! I love how they look framed. A little knick here and there might just give them a little more character 😉
