Dog Mini Treat Pouch – A Handy Handmade Essential for Pet Lovers
If you’re anything like me, you love finding ways to combine sewing with everyday practicality—and this Dog Mini Treat Pouch is just that. Designed with dog lovers in mind, this mini pouch is perfect for holding treats or doggie bags when you’re out and about with your furry friend.
I stitched this version of the Mini Treat Pouch using a playful dog print fabric by Heather Ross (from my stash). I added a coordinating dog-themed ribbon to the back for a fun detail. One of my favorite features is the small swivel clasp attached to the top, making it easy to clip onto a dog lead, belt loop, or bag strap—no more fumbling for treats mid-walk!
There’s also a handy pocket on the back, ideal for stashing a few poop bags or a house key. And to finish it off, I added a sweet sew-in tag featuring a cookie—because every good dog deserves a treat!
