Are you are a dog lover? If so, you will love my latest pattern, the Patchwork Dog Bone Toy. These cute little dog bones feature a quilted patchwork top and bottom. They have a side gusset, making them three dimensional. Perfect for throw and fetch games with your furry friends.
I used a pre-cut charm pack of Food Group fabric range by Ruby Star Society for the patchwork top and bottom. Perfect don’t you think? The fabric features a variety of meat, vegetables, food words and more. I love when you find the perfect fabric for your project. You could use any colourful fabric scraps for these bones.
You can easily add a toy squeaker to the inside of the dog bone when you are stuffing it with fibrefill for extra fun.
These patchwork dog bone toys can be easily made in an hour or so. You will have a basket full before long.
Dog lovers can also use the Patchwork Dog Bone Toy as a pincushion. A fun addition to the sewing table.
