Things that are making me happy today….
My completed Posh Pillowcase (Fabulous tutorial here). This has been on my To Make list for a long time. I can see more of these in my future. Best of all, I made it entirely from my stash. Gotta love that!
A new linen tea towel I bought today full of fun Aussie place names. This one is destined for some cushions/pillows. I am really loving Typography at the moment.
I am planning on making some preserves over the weekend, using this library book – lots of inspiring jams and chutneys.
And finally I am happy that the teens start their school holidays today and I have one more week of work before my break!
Yummy – Pillowcase, Tea Towel, and Jam Jars full of potential (especially the mini ones!).
What a beautiful pillowcase…enjoy all your making time!
Beautiful pillowcase!! Still waiting on my cotton, can not wait to finish mine.
Yummy tea towel! A couple of tiny villages listed there from around my area! Never thought I’d see those on a tea towel.
Love the pink polka dots on the pillow and just realised you made the pretty crochet trim! I gotta learn how to crochet!

I need one of those teatowels , it has my home town of Gundagai on it ! A cushion in that would be great !
Oooh, that crochet on fabric is making me very happy too.

Gorgeous pillowcase!

I absolutely love the colors in your beautiful pillowcase, and the crochet just sets it off..
Aren’t those pillowcases fun to make? I really love making them. I love your fabric choices!
Love your posh pillow case. The crochet around it make it look very pritty.
Wonderful projects, dear Lisa!!
Enjoy your break!!

Nice pillowcases.
I am loving you current sewing projects.
Enjoy your weekend.

Some Australian states do have funny names.
Love your pillowcase. I have always admired the look of crocheted edges on tablecloths, linens, etc. I always thought they would be too hard to do, are they? I do know how to crochet.
