Fabric choice can make a big difference to the look of a project. I used my Pumpkin Charms Pattern and gave it a Halloween twist by using small scale Halloween fabric. Pumpkins in shades of mustard, black and purple provide a spooky look in these pumpkin charm ornaments.
Mounted in a 3-inch embroidery frame, these Halloween pumpkin charms are ideal to decorate your home for Halloween or to give a s a favour at a spooky dinner.
Halloween Pumpkin Charms can be quickly made in an afternoon. The pumpkins are made using the foundation paper piecing method. You will need to have a basic understanding of foundation paper piecing to complete this project. I tied a gingham bow around the top of the charm and used a velvet ribbon as a hanging loop.
Hope you love these Halloween Pumpkin Charms. You can find the pattern in our Pattern Store or Etsy Shop for immediate download. If you make some, please share on social media and tag #aspoonfulofsugardesigns I love to see what you make with my patterns.
