Christmas Towel

December 14, 2011 By A Spoonful of Sugar - 21 Comments

It is all about the details at Christmas time for me. I love putting special touches all through the house.

When my order from Ribbons Galore arrived last week, I knew I had to incorporate this cute retro Christmas caravan ribbon into my decorating.

It was quite therapeutic amongst the rush of my day today, to sit at the sewing machine for 20 minutes to dress up a hand towel.

Perfect for the guest powder room.  It matches my Customised Hand Sanitiser.

    Oh what a lovely idea!

And I suppose afterwards you can unpick it all?
I went on a crafting weekend about two weeks ago (I think it was through http://www.goactivities.co.uk ? ) but it was more about the spinning and weaving side. Definitely after a more creative cutesy class that can teach me all this stuff! Do you know any good ones? I live in Cambridge.
