Pretty Trivet

Mothers Day is fast approaching but there is still time to make a special, one of a kind, handmade gift for Mum. For time poor sewists, the pretty trivet is the perfect project. Simply gather 7 fat quarters and you can cut and sew this project in under one hour. It is a beginner friendly pattern and would be a good project if teaching someone to sew.

Pretty Trivet can be teamed with a cup, saucer, and plate set and some speciality teas for a thoughtful and practical gift.

This patterns comes in two sizes to make a smaller coaster (ideal for a coffee cup or mug) and the larger trivet size which can be used as a trivet or mugrug.
