I am heading off on my annual sewing retreat next weekend – I can’t wait! It is always so much fun to be surrounded by friends who are equally passionate about sewing and craft activities! I made a new Patchwork Pillowsham to take on retreat. This one is made from a Sushi Roll of Petit Fleur Basics by Lecien Fabrics which I teamed with a lilac ticking stripe. Petit Fluer Basics is such a pretty range, with soft colours of lavender, pink, blue, and green (plus some darker shades which I will save for another project). I added a sweet lace heart applique patch to the cuff. I think it is the perfect finishing touch.
The Patchwork Pillowsham is a charm square and jelly roll friendly project that can be easily constructed in an afternoon.
The project was inspired by this mood shot I put together using some of my favourite lavender coloured supplies.
The Pastel Patchwork Pillowsham was made using the Pretty Patchwork Pillowsham pattern which is available in our Etsy and Pattern Shop for USD $6.00.
