2020 is the year to be prepared! I have been sewing Patchwork Pocket Pouches for my handbags so I always have supplies on hand. They are perfectly sized to hold a few pocket tissues in one pocket, and the other pocket can be used to hold any number of essentials such as band aids, paracetamol, disposable gloves, disposable face mask – whatever you need to have on hand when you are out and about.
My latest Patchwork Pocket Pouch is made from Tilda Maple Farm – a sweet collection of florals due to be released in September – combined with Tilda Tea Towel fabric.
These sweet Patchwork Pocket Pouches are easy to construct and suitable for beginner sewists. Thanks to Two Green Zebras for providing the pre-release Tilda Maple Farm fabric used in this project. It is such a pretty range of small and large scale florals in soft shades of mauve, lilac, pink, brown, and mustard. Stay tuned as I have two more projects made from Tilda Tiny Farm and Tilda Maple Farm.
