Are you looking for a festive and fun sewing project to make this holiday season? If so, you will love our latest sewing pattern – Advent Houses! This is a charming and whimsical pattern that will add some magic to your Christmas countdown. Each house features a cute applique design and a numbered back pocket. You can fill the pockets with treats, toys, or notes for your loved ones. Imagine their excitement as they discover a new surprise every day!

The Advent Houses pattern includes options for you to make each house different by varying the fabrics used and the placement of the windows, doors, and plants. You can create your own unique village. You can hand your Advent Houses on your Christmas tree or use the hanging loops to string them together as a garland to hang under your mantle. The choice is yours!

The Advent Houses pattern is suitable for confident beginners and intermediate sewers. You will need some basic sewing and applique skills, as well as a variety of fabrics, fusible web, and cord. The finished size of each house is 7 ½ inches x 3 inches.

You can fill the pockets with small treats and trinkets, including – candy canes, chocolate coins, small ornaments, notes, money, and more. You can customize the treats to suit the recipient/s.

You can find the Advent Houses pattern in our Pattern Shop and Etsy Store.

We hope you enjoy sewing this pattern as much as we do.
