Funky Craft and More Baking

July 13, 2008 By Spoonful of Sugar - 24 Comments

This week I have made some funky CD mobiles. They look really effective!

This is how I  made them: I first placed a CD top side up. Then placed some monofilament thread (or fishing line would work just as well) down the middle and put some glue on the CD. Then lay another CD on top with the writing facing inwards. Continue this until it is a length you are happy with. I strung them up from the light fitting in my room.

I have also made these delicous cupcakes with butter cream frosting and marshmallow flowers.

Oops, it didn’t post my last comment. I’ll try again. The cupcakes are darling, almost look too good to eat. The mobiles look like something i got at Party City for my mom’s 50’s theme party, they were a big hit!
