Make. Bake. Create.
That sounds delicious Lisa. Thanks for the great idea about the doily and the hair elastic.

Corrie:)
Hi Lisa, yummy rhubarb, looks lovely. Love the way you’ve presented it in the jar. Love cooking don’t you! Good on ya. Kind regards, Anita.

Yum! It looks delicious. I too have strong memories of rhubarb from my childhood. We always picked it from the neighbours garden.
What a great idea. I am going to try that. Thanks
I think you might have found the “perfect jam” with this one. It looks incredible and I love how you packaged it.
Yum, I’m a big fan of rhubarb jam, so I’ll have to give this one a try. Thanks for sharing!
My hubby loves rhubarb, and I quite like it too… I’ve not made jam with it before though. With sunny days our rhubarb patch will be coming along… Thanks for the recipe, Lisa :o) Happy Weekend to you all ((HUGS))
Rhubarb and apples go so well together. You have made a lovely looking jam and presented it beautifully in the jar.
This looks so good! My grandma specialized in rhubarb-strawberry jam for years, and I miss that. I am out of jam, so I want to try some of the recipes you shared – thanks for those links!
Mmmmmm! I’ve never made jam before, but it could be a fun project to get my kids to help me with. Thanks for sharing the other jam recipes as well. I just adore the strawberry applique! Fantastic job 🙂
Mm lovely. Great for using in crumble. How about rhubarb and strawberry?
nice combo.! I will be trying this soon, as our Rhubarb starts to poke up from the cold ground here in Maine, it is one of the first and most plentiful fruit?/veggie? in my garden. I have tried Starwberry Rhubarb, but not the combo. of Apple and Rhubarb. Sound wonderful! thanks!

Wow! That sounds delicious Lisa. And thanks for that quick tip — the doily is cute as can be on the jam jar!
Wowee, that sounds yummy. We were houseguests 2 weeks ago with a lady who opened a jar of what she thought was maybe strawberry, but it seemed to be rhubarb-cherry jam. It was astoundingly yummy – 3 big Southern (U.S.) biscuits yummy.
Yes it reminds me of my childhood too-my mum made the best rhubarb pie-I bet your jam is divine:)
I love rhubarb and I love apples so this looks very yummy! It is always great fun making jam.
x
Oh Yum…Rhubarb is my all time Fav too..must try your reciepe..Thanks for sharing..

What an intereting recipe and I love the way you have decorated the bottle with the paper doily. Really clever!
Oh, your jam flasks looks so beautiful! And I love the combination of rhubarb and apples.
I love it! I love rhubarb pie! I used to make it but have not for a while. I think I would also love the rhubarb apple jam. Thanks for the idea.
Have a nice day…
Oh yum!!! This combination sounds so tasty!
Sounds delicious and the finished jar looks so pretty!
Memories of days gone by with Rhubarb and Apple jam, I am making Apple pie for tea.
Rhubarb seems to bring back memories for lots of people…can’t say I was fond of it, though. Love how you experiment with recipes!
this sounds wonderful!
It looks quite easy to make. I’m absolutely trying this at home.
You are the jam queen. I’m looking forward to the pick your own season here so that I can get jamming again. last year I ran out of jars so this year I have been saving all my jars. Now I’m running out of space! 🙂
Did you use eating or cooking apples for the jam? I presume cookers as they have more pectin than eaters but would be good to know what you used.
Hi thanks for the receipe, just in the proccess of making it now. And yes rhubarb was often on our pudding menu after our sunday roast meal. Yumn
Thanks Kate! Hope you enjoy the recipe.
your recipe gels without pectin?
Great one is rhubarb and Strawberry
Great idea with the paper doilies! If you go to a dollarama store they have paper doilies in colours and hair elastics at a good price
