Family Portraits

August 6, 2011 By Spoonful of Sugar - 19 Comments

For my parents recent 50th Wedding Anniversary, we arranged a family portrait session with all the extended family. Mum and Dad enjoyed having lots of family photos taken with all their children and grandchildren.
The photos were taken by Sharon Manning who did an amazing job and made the photo session a lot of fun. As one of my nieces is attending university in Germany, we had to wait until July to have the photos taken. On the day, the rain stopped just in time and we were able to get some lovely photos.

We don’t usually share many personal photos on our blog, but this is a favourite one of Sarah and I.

If you live in Perth and are after a photographer, we highly recommend Sharon Manning. You can see more of her work on her website and facebook.

Proper family portraits are so special…I don’t think people get them done often enough. Also, you know when you have a feeling people are lovely just by looking at them? Well, you two definately look like a pair of the nicest people around! Of course, everyone already knows that because your blog is just so darn nice! 🙂
