Introducing our latest Foundation Paper Piecing Quilt Block – the Twisted Square. This clever block can be quickly and accurately constructed using the foundation paper piecing technique. I made this blocks in a monochromatic style, alternating low volume prints, with prints from one colour family. The pattern includes a colouring sheet so you can test out different colour schemes and layouts. By altering to colours, you can create a totally different look.
Like all of our FPP Quilt block patterns, the Twisted Square comes in 5 different sizes. Sizes include 2 inch, 3 inch, 4 inch, 5 inch and 6 inch. This makes this block perfect for a large range of projects including quilts, mini quilts, bags, pot holders, placemats, coasters, pouches and more!
These sample blocks have been made in 3 inch size which is my favourite and makes them a great little scrap buster project. I used some left over charm squares to make these little blocks.
