Pink, Yellow and Aqua is one of my favourite colour combinations. It always looks so cheerful and happy. I have dived into my treasured stash of fabrics from Japanese designer, Atsuko Matsuyama to create this Tiny Tote Zippered Pouch. I added a pink gingham print to my pretty Japanese florals.
What I love about the Tiny Tote pattern is that it can be easily made in under 2 hours. Perfect for time poor crafters. The Tiny Tote makes a sweet gift. Fill it with stationery items; makeup; sewing supplies; or other small treats to create a thoughtful gift.
This pattern uses an 8 inch zipper or you can use zipper by the yard. I used a pink zipper from my stash to coordinate with the gingham fabric.
I love the pop of yellow on the zipper pulls, handles, and lining.
The bottom of the Tiny Tote has boxed corners and it has fusible wadding sandwiched between the exterior and the lining.
It is a fun afternoon sewing project.
