I love making home sewn Christmas ornaments to hang on our Christmas tree and to use as gift toppers. This weekend I have been sewing Liberty Bells. Liberty of London tana lawn sews beautifully and makes sweet ornaments. The fabric used in this Liberty Bell is Mitsi Valeria Tana Lawn in red for the bell, Capel in olive green for the holly, and a band of Glenjade in a pleasing shade of green. My go to shop for Liberty lawn is Ava and Neve.

To make the Liberty Bell ornaments, I used the Jingle Bell Coaster pattern. I printed the template at 65% size which makes a great size for an ornament. I omitted the batting from the pattern. You can find the Jingle Bell Coaster pdf sewing pattern in my Etsy store.
