One of our favourite Christmas recipes is Christmas Spice Cupcakes. Made with brown sugar, spices, and melted chocolate, they are moist and light, and taste amazing. We always decorate them with a simple vanilla frosting. This year we have decorated them with silver nonpareils and some sweet mushroom picks (that we found at Weigh n Pay).
These cupcakes are perfect for Christmas entertaining. The frosted cupcakes freeze well so you have some on hand over the Christmas period (if they last that long…).
