In fact, I put some of it to good use already in these sweet little yo yo’s I am making.
I am working on this project at the moment …. (can’t show you it all just yet!)
I whipped up another little basket this week.
Things may be a little quiet around here over the next week or so. Life is very busy at the moment – mainly with ferrying kids to rehearsals etc. I am looking forward to September when life will be getting back to normal and the arrival of Spring!
I would like to thank Erin, Sarah and Ang who have given us awards recently – thanks so much ladies – much appreciated!!
Another lovely basket. The fabric is gorgeous – can’t wait to see what you make with it.
I have to second lizziejane, we too are leaving summer behind us and heading into autumn (we’ve had a very grey and pretty cold summer so we’re hoping our autumn will be mild).
Hope you get to sneak in some craft time even though you’re going to be busy. x
Mmmmm. The fabrics are yummi! And the yo-yos! I still haven’t tried to sew a basket, but it’s on my to-do list….and I may have to sew it soon, yours are so adorable 🙂
I love the fabric – its beautiful. Can’t wait to see what the yo-yos become. I’ve trying my hand at making some for the first time today (they’re not as nice as yours!). I’m using the Clover “flower” template and the yo-yos are turning out to be teeny tiny!
Another darling basket! Love the little tease…green is my favorite color so my eye goes right to it. Can’t wait to see what you’re doing with the yo-yos.
O.K. I’m really going to have to make one of those baskets now! I love it!!! That fabric is just lovely that you received in the mail—I cannot wait to see what your project is……
I love that Swell little basket of yours. I just love that material anyway. Oh, and I have been drooling over that Farmers Market material. Don’t you just love how they package stuff at the FQS? I know it always tickles me to get a package from them. I cannot wait to see what you are up to.
I love your basket! I just ordered a whole bunch of Swell fabric for a quilt, now I know what to do with my scraps 🙂 Can’t wait to see your secret project!!
I absolutely LOVE that basket. That is wonderful. That would be so amazing for keeping knitting in because of the way it stands up. Where is that pattern from? Those fabrics totally brightened my day today…it’s kind of gloomy outside…I think it will thunderstorm.
I Love those new fabrics Lisa..I might have to buy some of my own. Fabulous for Spring too. The yo-yo’s look fantastic and I am definitely going to have to make some of those baskets too. Kathryn
