I have a quick tutorial for a tree lavender bag. These little treats are perfect to sew from your stash fabrics and are ideal little gifts for friends and family. They can be placed in wardrobes, linen closets, drawers, luggage, gym bags, and bathrooms. They bring a touch of freshness to many areas of your home.

🌿 Let’s Sew a Lavender Tree Bag! 🌿
Quick, easy, and perfect for using up those fabric scraps! This delightful Tree Lavender Bag is made from a foundation paper pieced block and makes a wonderful gift. 🎁✨
You Will Need:
- Forest Fantasy Tree Block (unfinished 3 ½ x 5 inches)
- Backing fabric (3 ½ x 5 inches)
- Dried lavender buds (approx. 3 tablespoons)
Method:
- Pin the tree block to the backing fabric with right sides facing and edges aligned.
- Sew around the outside using a ¼ inch seam allowance, leaving a 2 ½ inch gap along one long side.
- Clip the corners and turn right side out through the gap.
- Fill with lavender.
- Hand stitch the opening closed.
Makes a small lavender bag measuring 3 x 4 ½ inches.
Perfect as a stocking stuffer or paired with a hand towel or face mask for a lovely scented gift.
