Travel Sewing Kit is definitely one of my favourite patterns. Small in size but plenty of room to store needles, pins, and scissors. I love how it cleverly folds into a triangle pouch – perfect to stash in your hand bag for wardrobe emergencies or for sewing on the go.
Travel Sewing Kit is such a fun make and can be easily made in an afternoon. I have made many of these in different fabrics and they make a lovely little gift. You can use them to store sewing supplies, coins, ear buds, or other small objects. There are loads of uses for the Travel Sewing Kit pattern. I have a snap press which makes installing the snaps a breeze.
I made this Travel Sewing Kit in a trio of pretty Daily Like fabrics that I bought in South Korea a few years ago. This is a great project to use your favourite fabric “scraps”.
