White Chocolate and Macadamia Slice is a family favourite. It is is quick to prepare using our easy recipe.
Ingredients
125 g (1 stick) butter, at room temperature, cubed
110 g (1/2 cup) brown sugar
75 g (1/3 cup) caster (superfine) sugar
2 eggs
150 g (1 cup) plain (all purpose) flour
125 g (1/2 cup) white chocolate chips
ΒΌ cup macadamias, roughly chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 deg C (350 deg F). Line the base of a brownie pan measuring 18 x 28 cm (base) with baking paper.
Use electric beaters to beat butter and sugars until light and creamy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Fold in the flour and mix until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips and nuts.
Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes until firm to the touch. Cool on wire rack in pan. Cut into squares.
