These delicious Caramel Latté Cupcakes are light, golden and moist. They are full of caramel flavour with just a hint of coffee. Perfect for a mid morning pick me up!
Ingredients
125 g self raising flour
125 g unsalted butter
60 g brown sugar
60 g castor sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 sachet Nescafé Caramel Latté Flavoured Coffee
3 tablespoons milk
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Put all of the ingredients, apart from the milk, in a food processor and combine. Pulse while adding the milk to form a soft batter.
Line a cupcake pan with 12 paper liners. Fill the liners with the batter.
Cook for 17 - 20 minutes.
Allow to cool on a wire rack.
Serve dusted with icing sugar.
