Red and Aqua

October 10, 2011 By Spoonful of Sugar - 22 Comments

I am sure you have guessed that our current favourite colour scheme is red and aqua! We are slowly starting to focus on the fact that Christmas is only 11 weeks away. Our Christmas decorating theme this year is red and aqua. With that in mind, I made some gift tags today so I will be all prepared when I start the gift shopping.

Paper from Paper Fusion and ribbons/twine from Ribbons Galore.
Edit: 09/2014 – Link to free reindeer svg is no longer working. Suggest you search for other free svg reindeer silhouettes.

Hi! I love these ideas! So cute! I am trying to find the image you used for the reindeer so I can cut something similar from my Silhouette Cameo. Can you help me with this? The link above is not working.

Hello I saw what cute tags and Christmas things you have created. I especially love the reindeer. The link takes you to a different place than the reindeer svg. Can you advise how to get this design?

    Thank you for the inspiration!

      Hi Carrie

Unfortunately it looks like the site is no longer active. Suggest you search for free reindeer svg and see if you can find anything similar.

Wherever you are in the world, I hope you were able to create your own sunshine today.

This is a throwback photo to 2015 when I made my first ever dresden plate. My technique has improved since then but I still love the colours in this photo. There is something about bright pink and yellow together that makes me happy. Looking forward to the weekend when I get more sewing time.

Please share with me in the comments what sewing techniques you would like to see in my upcoming pattern designs. I love to hear your feedback.
