Christmas is without a doubt my favourite time of year. I love to decorate my home with Christmas decorations and homewares, to create a festive atmosphere. Part of my Christmas preparation includes adding homemade touches. This year my first new Christmas Pattern is Jingle Bell Coasters.

Jingle Bell coasters are bell shaped coasters featuring a contrasting band around the middle of the bell, a ribbon tag, and a fabric and felt holly sprig complete with small buttons to represent the berries.

Jingle Bell Coasters are beginner friendly and can be easily constructed in under an hour. The PDF Pattern is available for immediate download in my Etsy store and includes full sized templates and loads of helpful step by step photos to guide you through the construction process.

It is so much fun to combine your favourite festive fabrics in these Jingle Bell coasters. I have used Pink Bauble fabric from the Polar Magic fabric range designed by Lemonni for Figo Fabrics. It is a pretty palette of pink, blush, orange, blue, mustard, and features gold accents. I combined the bauble fabric with a polka dot fabric by Dear Stella from my stash.

The coasters are perfectly sized for all your holiday beverages – be it hot cocoa or Sparkling wine.

Included as a bonus extra with the Jingle Bells Coaster PDF Sewing Pattern is a sheet of coordinating tags designed by Cool Llama Designs. You can print these at home and attach them to a set of coasters to create a lovely handmade hostess gift.
